Established in 2016 by Priya and Ramesh, each boasting over 2 decades of experience in the coaching industry, Orenda is born from a vision of catalyzing transformative change. The name ‘Orenda,’ originating from the Huron Indigenous language, symbolizes the invisible energy within each person that drives change.

Our tagline, ‘the power inherent in all,’ embodies our philosophy of harnessing the inherent capabilities within individuals & organizations. It reflects our commitment to unlocking latent abilities, fostering growth and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.

Orenda’s Coaching Approach
Orenda’s Coaching approach is based on the firm conviction that inner wisdom guides every Client in his/her journey and the Coach enables reflection and insight through mindful presence and unconditional regard for the Coachee. The Client understands that he/she is the primary agent of change and co-creator of the development plan, while the Coach can provide the necessary support by establishing and nurturing an environment of trust.

Orenda Coaching Model
