At 21, she entered a high-pressure professional environment that quickly revealed itself to be toxic and coercive. What looked like opportunity was, in fact, a system built on control; where boundaries were eroded, compliance was demanded and silence enforced. Over time, this culture normalized exploitation under the guise of mentorship, loyalty and success.

Her early career became an education in how grooming and abuse operate in plain sight: how rules, praise and rituals can be weaponized to keep people trapped. It was also a lesson in survival; how the pressure to perform can mask exploitation, and how speaking out can feel impossible when the system itself protects the abuser.

From leading high-stakes teams to facing the collapse of a once-promising career, Sonali’s journey was a painful unravelling, but one that led her to uncover her Power Inherent (Pi); an unwavering intuition. This quiet knowing guided her out of survival mode, offering clarity in moments of chaos.

After years of unraveling the emotional turmoil associated with the manipulation within this culture, Sonali began the arduous process of rebuilding. Guided by meditation, yoga, and Reiki, she shifted her relationship with fear and pain, finding strength not in “overcoming” but in integrating.
