Ramesh has an overall experience of over 30 years working with organizations like GE, Wipro and TCS, of which almost 15 years have been in senior business leadership roles. He brings significant business, customer management, project management and team leadership experience to the table. This includes working across industries verticals and geographies, dealing with individuals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. In addition, he also has over 2500 hours of Leadership Coaching experience over the last seven years and has coached over 300 leaders and leadership teams.

Ramesh’s Coaching approach is based on the firm conviction that inner wisdom guides every Client in his/her journey and the Coach enables reflection and insight through his mindful presence and unconditional regard for the Coachee. The Client understands that he/she is the primary agent of change and co-creator of development plan, while the Coach can provide the necessary support by establishing and nurturing an environment of trust. This is the most critical element of the coaching journey. It would enable the Coachee to bring the whole of his/her being into the conversation, which is the pre-requisite for any self-work.
