Programme Audience:Leadership Team Nominated to become Mentors

Programme Objective: This programme is designed to build a pool of Mentors in the Senior Leadership Team. The participants get equipped with the competencies required to ensure that the Mentoring programme being sponsored by the organization is both effective and enriching for both the Mentor and the Mentee.

This is a one and a half day programme covering “What is Mentoring”, “The Mentoring Process” and helps the participants build the competencies required to be an “Effective Mentor”.
