Programme Objective:

The programme helps women participants appreciate the current reality and the various roles that they play. Understand, appreciate and balance Role Conflicts. They will also become aware of their preferred leadership styles. As an outcome they would have had the opportunity to reflect on the various priorities that they would be expected to manage and explore how they would it make it work in order to become more balanced individuals.

This programme has a 2-Stage Design- “Understanding Self” and “Empowering Self”
