Programme Objective: The Mindful Leadership Lab has been aligned with the Six Big Basket Leadership Competencies. The Workshop was designed to help participants learn and practice the key skills of Presence, Active Listening and Evocative Questioning that would help them engage and develop these leadership competencies in their teams.
